Great for the adventure seeking outdoorsmen, our rustic tent sites are wooded and secluded. Be prepared for some light off-roading to get to your sight deep in the woods. Four wheel drive recommended. If you do not have four wheel drive, please consider sites 21 - 24.
All campsites have a picnic table and a fire pit. There is a bathhouse for campers to utilize during their stay with flushing toilets, running water and warm showers. That means even though you are camping rustic, you have access to luxury amenities!
Our rustic camping sites for tents only (No RVs or pop up campers)
One tent max per site. ONLY exception is with children and parents who may occupy up to two tents on the same site. This is a state of Michigan campground licensing requirement and non-negotiable. This does not apply to screen tents, canopies or hammocks.
All rustic campsites are pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $5 per pet/per night. You will have the option to add pets to your reservation during the online checkout process. All pets must be on a leash at all times.
Guests also have access to the playground, sun deck, yard games, AuTrain Lake, swimming and boat rentals! The lake access is on our property and just a short walk from the campsites. We have pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, peddle boats and paddle boards available for rent.
We do sell firewood, fire starter, coffee, ice and ice cream onsite. Ice, coffee and ice cream available in summer and fall months only.
Please note, even though our campground is open year round, the sanitation station and fresh water station is closed during the winter months. We do have heated bathrooms with drinking water available year round.

Booking Policy:
At the time of booking, we require a 40% deposit. All bookings will be charged a Michigan sales tax of 6% and a 1% UPTRA Tax. Deposits can be mailed in the form of a check or money order, or we accept most major credit cards. Remaining balance due at checkin.
Cancellation/Refund policy:
Due the nature of our business, we require a 14 day cancellation notice in order to give a full refund less a $10 cancelation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit your deposit. No shows will be charged the full amount of your entire stay. No refunds will be given for early departure or bad weather.
